Pinguicula "Penny"
Pinguicula "Penny"
Pinguicula "Penny" is an in-house hybrid created a few years ago. This particular butterworts turns purplish under strong lights and is usually covered in dew, making it a deadly trap for those pesky gnats. The purple and green colors on its leaves provide an amazing contrast that make this Ping really stand out from the rest.
You'll get a similar plant to the ones in the picture. Please note that some plants are greener than others but will turn purplish with time under intense light.
The plants are shipped bare root in a plastic container to protect the plants. We ship the plants on Monday and Wednesday to avoid the weekend cut off.
PLEASE READ: The plants are about 1" in diameter.
