Return Policy
HH Plant Nursery offers a 60 day replacement guarantee. We do not offer returns or refunds unless an item is out of stock. If your plants and trees do not arrive happy and healthy and/or you're not satisfied after receiving your trees and plants, we will send a replacement.
To submit a claim, please use our self-serve return portal. Our team will review your documentation and photos, and if necessary, we’ll provide a one-time replacement (shipping costs excluded). You must show at least 3 images of the plant’s condition/damage for this consideration.
Note: Refunds will not be given. Replacement plant shipping costs will need to be paid for your new plant/tree to ship. Each item in the customer's order is eligible for a one-time replacement. The replacement guarantee does not cover plants/trees purchased due to outside factors other than shipping damage.
Cancelling Orders
Due to our immediate turnaround, we do not allow cancellation of placed orders.
We do our best to accommodate changes but because our team has likely began working on your order, we are unable to cancel and refund.
