Plant Characteristics 

Melaleuca Nesophila Showy Honey-Myrtle blooms from spring to summer, producing stunning mauve pincushion flowers surrounded by brilliant vellow anthers. The seed capsules that follow the blooms develop into a smooth, rounded mass that hangs onto the stems for a while. When crushed, its small, round, matte blue-green leaves release a pleasant scent.  This evergreen shrub enjoys full sun and grows well on sandy, loamy, deficient, but well-drained soils.

Shipping

The plant will be approximately 2 to 3 feet in height with well-developed roots. These plants have been growing in 5 gallon containers.  They will be shipped without the containers.  The roots and soil will be dampened and covered in plastic wrap prior to shipping. They will be ready to plant upon arrival.
