Camellia japonica ‘Marie Bracey’
Marie Bracey is compact with an upright and rounded to spreading habit and is medium in height. Large, semi-double, peony-form blooms which means there is a mass of irregular petals and gold reproductive structures in the center are coral-rose. The flowers open wide and appear very early in the season, late fall into winter.
This is a relatively low maintenance shrub, and should only be pruned after flowering to avoid removing any of the current season's flowers. It has no significant negative characteristics.
Shipping
Your plant will be shipped with the roots wrapped in damp paper towels and with plastic and ready to plant upon arrival. The plant will be between 2 to 4 feet in height with well-developed roots. These plants have been growing in one gallon containers. Planting guidelines will also be included.
