Helianthus Annuus Sunflower is a fast-growing annual with sunflowers seeds and is a perfect choice for perennial borders and cottage landscapes. Sunflower is covered in huge yellow flowers with dark chocolate centers that bloom in summer. The leaves are oval to heart-shaped and hairy. Sunflower grows best in evenly fertile, moist, humus-rich, neutral to alkaline, well-drained soils under full sunlight.

The plant will be approximately 3 to 4 inches in height with well-developed roots. These plants have been growing in 4 inch containers.  They will be shipped without the containers.  The roots and soil will be dampened and covered in plastic wrap prior to shipping. They will be ready to plant upon arrival.
