Goldie Husk Tomatillo Seeds

Tomatillo plants will grow up to 3 ft. tall and are very prolific. Fruits are less than an inch around and change colors from green to egg-yolk yellow. The skin is very smooth and shiny covered up by a husk that matures from green to brown and becomes papery. Fruits may fall to the ground at maturity – some growers lay a tarp down underneath the plant to catch these fallen pods.

Use Goldie Husk Tomatillos in homemade salsa, sauce, jellies, and jams. You can also use these golden tomatillos in fresh salads, meals, and desserts, or let them ferment!
