The Firepower Red Heavenly Bamboo Nandina Domestica Plant features deep red foliage that provide excellent winter and summer color. It is a low maintenance plant with an impressive display of foliage. Its small size makes it an ideal choice for any yard.

It is of the best coloring nandinas! New foliage has fresh green coloration, with red highlights as it ages. Brilliant red foliage develops in the fall and persists through winter. Neat, low evergreen mounds are terrific for borders, massing and containers. Requires little care and no pruning.

Growing Firepower Nandina 

• Plant in well-draining soil and provide full sun to partial shade.
• Water regularly, especially during the first growing season, but allow the soil to dry slightly between waterings.
• Prune as needed to maintain shape and remove any dead or damaged growth.
• Fertilize lightly in spring with a balanced fertilizer to support healthy growth and vibrant foliage.
• Protect from frost and extreme temperatures, particularly during the winter months, as Nandina can be susceptible to cold damage.

Your plant will be shipped with the roots wrapped in plastic and ready to plant upon arrival. These have been growing 1 gallon containers.  The plants will be between 10 to 12 inches in height with well-developed roots.
