Ferocactus Gracilis - Fire Barrel Cactus Plant 

Ferocactus Gracilis is commonly known as the ‘Fire Barrel Cactus’. As the plant matures expect it to reach up to 1.5 m (5ft) tall and around 30 cm (12″) in diameter. The plants main feature are the red spines that cover the green stem.

The plants will produces flowers during summer that are mostly red.  Exceptionally attractive fire red curved & hook spines. Found in parts of California and Baja Mexico.Barrel cacti will take relentless all day sun and moderate cold to the low twenties at night.
