Autumn Fern is a bold and beautiful choice for shady borders and woodland gardens. A stunning dwarf fern with a flush of young papery fronds that emerge a copper-red color, then mature to a deep green. Spreads by underground stems. An herbaceous perennial.

Even among plants, ferns are well-known for their greenery. Since they don’t flower, their fronds are all that they have, ornamentally. Which is fine, because a fern’s green foliage is just what the doctor ordered… most of the time.

Shipping

Your plant will be shipped with the roots wrapped in damp paper towels and with plastic and ready to plant upon arrival. These have been growing in one gallon containers.  The plants will be between 7 to 10 inches in height with well-developed roots.
